Fruit And Fish Helps Defend Body
After watching the 5 PM News on the Boston Channel 5,
I found an important topic concerning cancer that would benefit everyone.
I learned that fruit and fish is a major contributor in helping to prevent
certain cancer. The channel stated that we should have 5 to 7 portions of
fruit and vegetables everyday and that blueberries are the most important
antioxidant fruit. In addition, omega-3 fatty acids should be included in the
diet (salmon and tuna).
Overall Good Health, mostly, is eating the right kinds of foods.
They are categorized in the food pyramid. Below is the OLD 1992 Food Pyramid. The food pyramid
shown here, is the old one! We no longer go by this one!
